Our beautiful log Pavilion is open to those with a sweet tooth. Built with the trees recuperated from the 1998 ice storm, a dream come true for the Gallant family. The Pavilion is the ideal place for skiers and strollers to relax and enjoy our delicious maple products, and also for banquets, weddings, parties and business meetings.
