A heady aroma of blossoms, spices and fruit greets you when you step into this traditional chocolaterie where everything’chocolates, caramels, ice cream, sorbet, marshmallows and spreads’is crafted on site. Guided tours lasting about an hour (reservations required) take you through the equipment and techniques used to manufacture chocolate.
